3tr = remove hook, insert in top of first tr, catch loop and pull through

edging

Using 3.50mm (US E/4) hook and with RS facing, join A in a corner 1ch sp.

1st round: 1ch, 3dc in same sp as join, * 1dc in each of next 14 sts, placing first part tr in next 1ch sp and 2nd part tr in foll 1ch sp work 2trtog, rep from * to next corner omitting last 2trtog, 3dc in corner 1ch sp, rep from * along each side omitting last 2trtog and 3dc, ss in first dc.

Change to 2.50mm (US C/2) hook and work 1 round of crab st (dc backwards) ending ss in first dc.

Fasten off.

Darn in ends. Press seams and edging.
